Lake Travis RV Park offers large tree covered sites that are not a typical RV park layout. The park is over 12 acres has plenty of room to stretch out. We have a laundry room for all guests. There is wifi in the laundry room.

Rates Monthly: $600

Weekly: $250

Nightly: $50 (2-3night minimum)

All above rates are for 2 guests. Each additional guest is $10per day or $75

per month. Maximum of 4 people per site. The above rates include electricity, sewer,

and water.

For the convenience of our guests, a coin operated laundry facility is available in the front office building. Other services are offered at the guests expense such as, Time Warner Cable 512-485-5555, or Telephone AT&T at 1-866-999-6181. Give address as 19624 FM 1431, Jonestown, TX 78645 with your site number. Service is available for sites #1 through #15.

Park Rules

MINIMUM STAYS:

-2 night minimum stay required year round.

-3 night minimum for holidays.

CHECK-IN / CHECK -OUT:•

-RV check-in time is 2PM,

and RV check-out time is 12 Noon.

-Early arrival, or late check-out must be approved by Park Office

GUESTS PER SITE: RV rates are for two people per site.

Additional guests arriving to an RV site, must check in and pay the additional fees.

A MAXIMUM OF 4 TOTAL PEOPLE PER SITE AT ANY TIME WILL BE ENFORCED.

Children or guests under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times.

RV SITE POLICY:

RV’s more than 10 years old must be approved by Park management before arrival at Park.

No window a/c units allowed. RV’s must be kept in good clean condition. Owner/Manager

may reject any unit for unacceptable appearance.

Tents and sleeping outdoors is strictly prohibited.

Quiet time 10 PM to 7AM.

Don’t tamper with any park equipment (electrical boxes, cable,

water, sewer,washer, dryer,etc.).Contact management with any concerns.

KEEP YOUR CAMPSITE NEAT AND CLEAN! The only items that should be in your site is

camping equipment, such as, camping chairs, small bbq, table, bicycle, etc. No

permanent structures allowed, such as, porches, steps, storage cabinets, fencing, etc. No large outdoor trash cans and electrical appliances such as refrigerators and freezers are prohibited. Keep your belongings contained within your specific site. If you place items permanently on a common area or space, you will be charged for that additional space as well as your monthly fees. Be considerate, no one wants to camp next to someone that is sprawled out of their space. We reserve the right to request any items we choose to be removed from your site.

Fires must be contained inside of a fire pit in designated sites, and are only allowed when the Travis  County Fire Marshall permits.

VEHICLE POLICY:

One car per site included, no parking on grass.

Additional vehicles are $5 per day or $50 monthly. The additional vehicle(s)

must park in the designated overflow parking area.

We offer boat and trailer parking for $50 monthly. Boats and trailers are not allowed to be parked in rv sites, they must be parked in the designated area.

PET POLICY:

One pet is allowed, 50lb limit.

Lake Travis RV Park does not accept particular breeds (Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, or any crossbreed of these pets, such as, but not limited to, American Pitbull Terrier, American

Staffordshire Terrier and Staffordshire Bull Terrier.) that insurance providers have identified as having a history of aggression.

Dogs of any breed that are hostile, or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground along with their owners.

Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.

Constant barking and pet messes bother other campers. If your pet is too vocal, or feces is not cleaned up, you'll need to find other accommodations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Children or guests under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times.

No swimming in the pond or creek allowed.

10 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced.

Dumpster located adjacent to space #7 for use of RV guests only. Items must be contained

within the walls & lid of the dumpster. NO LARGE DUMPING!

Household trash must be bagged, and cannot be left out overnight.

No smoking in any park buildings.

Laundry room for guests only.

Golf carts permitted by licensed drivers only. No off road

vehicles allowed.

Rules are subject to be changed by management at anytime.

If you are asked to leave the park for ANY reason, you must vacate the park within 24 hours,

or face charges for trespassing and theft of services.
